Summer Staff

God has richly blessed Glen Lake over the years with many wonderful college-age people on our summer staff. They have left their mark on scores of children, youth and adults as friends, mentors, and spiritual guides. Most of today’s applicants can point to one or two past summer staffers as instrumental in their wanting to give back to the camp what they were given by being on the summer staff themselves.

The summer staff provides leadership in activities, curriculum, the cabins, worship and all other areas of the summer camp program. They also help with the cleaning and upkeep of the facilities and the health services for all campers. We are extremely fortunate that so many of our campers want to be a part of the staff when they are old enough, that we do not have to recruit outside our conference for applicants.
