Deposits

All groups are required to pay a deposit. The amount due varies according to group size. Universities, Schools, and Government Agencies are allowed to submit a purchase order in lieu of deposit.
 		 Check In

Group leaders are expected to arrive with or before their group arrives, and check in at the office. A final count will be needed at this time. This also allows Glen Lake staff the opportunity to double check any special needs in order that your retreat may proceed smoothly. Special arrangements must be made if arriving after 8:00pm.

Cancellations

Cancellation of the user agreement is possible only if Glen Lake is able to book a replacement group. If no replacement group can be arranged, you will be responsible for the full financial agreement as stated in the user contract.		 Chaperones

Each children's or youth group must be adequately chaperoned (1 to 8 ratio) of the same sex and the persons in charge of each group will be responsible for the conduct of the same.
