The deadline has passed to pay half of your camp fees, all registrations received must have full payment. Credit card payments made before the March 1st deadline will automatically be charged the balance due on May 1st; unless other arrangements are made.

We have the opportunity to offer camp choices to special needs campers. We have a policy not to accept campers beyond our training or capabilities, therefore only 2 spaces will be available per session. Campers are evaluated on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Executive Director. Please contact Mike Linnabery, our Interim Executive Director, at  254-897-2247 before registering your camper.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Full refunds, less $50 ($25 for Discovery & Kids Kamp), if requested two weeks before the camp starts. Within two weeks, refunds only for illness/accident/death - if we are notified by 9am on the day of check-in.
