Fishing

On the opposite side of the lake from the canoes, we have a fish hut set up where guests can spend as long as they want seeing what they can catch. Our lake is stocked with bass, perch, and catfish. We do operate by a catch and release policy. We provide the fishing poles, or you may bring your own if you like. We ask that you let us know ahead of time that you would like to use the fish hut, so we can have everything ready for you including bait. Using the fish hut and our equipment is included in the cost of your retreat, so there is no extra fee to utilize it.
