Registration Steps for Non-Online Registration
Step 1 If you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader, visit www.adobe.com to download it for free. Our registration form is a pdf file and requires a pdf reader.
Step 2 Select the Registration Form from the right sidebar menu and chose print from your pdf reader menu.
Step 3 Complete the form in its entirety; including insurance information, shot records check box, emergency contact information, signature for treatment and the payment worksheet. You do NOT need to send in shot records or insurance cards. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Step 4 Please indicate a first and second choice for camp. In cases where your first choice is already full, we will automatically put you in the second one. The confirmation letter/email will indicate the camp in which you have been accepted.

Confirmation Letters/Email
Letters go out to each camper within 10 business days after receiving registration. Included is a packing list, check-in and check-out times, and medication preparation details. If an email address is given and legible, confirmation documents will be sent via email.
Cancellations / Refunds
Glen Lake Camp will refund entire camp registration fee, less the $75 non-refundable deposit, if requested two weeks before the camp starts. Within two weeks, refunds (less the non-refundable deposit) are granted only for illness/accident/death in the family - if we are notified by 9am on the day of registration.
